ABOUT Restaurant professional business man John Tang, also the owner of Sushi O, has teamed up with his best friend and business partner, Richard Fong on their new restaurant, Saigon Grill & Bar. Executive Chef Richard Fong has built his way to the top in fine dining in New York City. Richard has worked at Windows on the World and was senior chef at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. However, after the unfortunate events of 9/11, he decided to relocate to North Carolina. He has worked in several establishments, including the highly acclaimed restaurant AN. With 30 years of culinary experience, and John’s brilliant restaurant management experience, they have decided to partner together and create an exquisite menu featuring Asian Fusion and Vietnamese Cuisine.
