We are a gourmet Italian providore offering a fun experience with food & cooking!At Salt Meats Cheese our mission is to provide our customers with great ingredients & share our passion for fine food and cooking.Originally opened in 2012 as a food emporium, we started as a gigantic warehouse full of delicious gourmet goods in the urban precinct of Alexandria.We have since opened four more restaurants in New South Wales and a retail space/restaurant in Surfers Paradise (Queensland).Our restaurants offer a relaxed and fun place to enjoy simple, delicious and quality dishes over a cocktail or two with co-workers, family or friends.We are a close team driven by our passion for food and shared experiences.We have been sharing our love of food and learning with others through our cooking school which offers fun, interactive and hands on classes.We offer weekend cooking classes as well as private parties and corporate team building events.We invite you to join us for a meal or a cooking class and share our passion for food.
