The San Bernardino County Probation Department conducts court related investigative services and provides community supervision of 22,000 adult offenders, 3,000 juvenile offenders, and 2,500 persons on supervised release through AB 109. The department operates juvenile detention centers and placement facilities, in addition to day reporting centers. The department has over 1,200 sworn and civilian employees and an annual budget of $144.5 million dollars.

Welcome to the San Bernardino County Probation Department Facebook page. The purpose of this page is to further the Probation Department’s mission, to share information about Probation and to increase opportunities to protect the community.
Monitoring of the SBC Probation Facebook page will occur during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, or when possible.
Please do not report or make criminal accusations on this page.
Call 911 to report any emergency or threatening situation. Or, you can call WETIP at 800-78-CRIME / (800) 782-7463 to provide information about a crime.
We will not respond to posts asking for specific information about probation cases or individuals under probation supervision. Please contact Probation at (909) 387-5874 and your call will be routed to the appropriate source for assistance.
Although we welcome participation and comments on our SBCProbation Facebook page, we ask that participants follow these guidelines:
