"Pascal continuously astonished us with his range of what he could achieve in this art form. His contribution to SF Ballet is absolutely invaluable. He'll be remembered for every role he every did on the stage, frankly. He'll be remembered as a good friend and a helpful, positive, contributing Company member." - Anita Paccioti

Monday motivation brought to you by Dores André and Henry Sidford in Forsythe's Pas/Parts 2016.
Odette is wowed by Crystal Pite, Artistic Director of Kidd Pivot, choreographer, former Forsythe dancer at Stuttgart Ballet, and mother. Her work is highly sought after by companies all over the world, including Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) and, newly, Paris Opéra Ballet and The Royal Ballet. She has something to say and Odette feels compelled to listen. That gender bias in choreography discussion? This makes more sense than anything else out there. Make sure you watch the short clip; if it is representative of even 1/10th of what she can do, her pieces are profoundly moving and full of innovative movement expression. San Francisco Ballet, are you listening?

"He is hands down the best partner I've had in my entire career...if you think, as a girl, you're going to fall, he knows it. If you think it! Before you actually execute the step. So dancing with him becomes really pure fun." - Lorena Feijoo

"As a dancer, when we go onstage and even [when] we perform a solo part, I still feel that it's a conversation, it's a dialogue with the audience. I would love to thank the audience for the conversations I've had in my 19 years in San Francisco. Thank you." - Gennadi Nedvigin
