With one of the most extensive collections of hard alcohol in the whole city, an Itunes library to match it, and staff that party harder than Andrew W.K, Santiago is the best damn rock 'n' roll bar in town!

Open from 7pm every night of the week (except Mondays of course. Because we're closed), feel free to swing by, prop up the bar and indulge your sins, whatever they might be. We got ice cold beers, cocktails to suit anyone and everyone, and enough shots to guarantee we'll bring a smile and a song out of you before the night is out. And if you were wondering about the music, here's to name but a few of our favourites: Clutch, Against me! Rancid, Mastodon, Pantera, Hot Water Music, The Eagles, Manchester Orchestra, Torche, The Bronx, Band of Horses, Hank Williams III, Ac/Dc, Credence Clearwater Revival, The Arcade Fire, Biffy Clyro, Black Flag, The Black Keys, Weezer, Chuck Ragan, The Clash, Cursive, Eagles of Death Metal, The Drop kick Murphys, Jimmy Eat World, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Lucero, Pulled Apart by Horses, Guns n' Roses, Metallica........you get the picture. Santiago has also firmly established itself as "the" place to be for its aftershow parties, where more often than not, post gig drinks can often lead to partying with the band! Just ask The Bronx, Cancer Bats, Propagandhi, Bouncing Souls, Dropkick Murphys and Strike Anywhere, Manchester Orchestra, Airbourne! On top of all this, we have two rooms available for hire. (and by hire, we mean they are free!) In a band? Why not book a show! Grace the same stage as such legends as Chuck Ragan, Banner Pilot, Off With Their Heads, The Plight. Having a birthday?
