Sara creates bespoke cakes with that personal touch. She uses free range eggs from her own hens and makes all her own jams. A W.I jam winner at that. In September 2012 Sara won Preston guild cake city with her Old black bull cake. In 2013 she won Gold in Samlesbury's cake olympics. Sara has recently attended a sugar pulling course and became a qualified cake decorator by passing ABC cake decorating at Bolton. She constantly aims to upgrade her skills and keep with current trends.
