Hello, I am Sarah Dennis, and welcome to my page. I am a fully qualified personal trainer based within St Albans, Hertfordshire. With my own studio and exercising equipment, I am able to facilitate and cater towards each person’s individual needs and fitness goals. I provide a non-intimidating personal training service dedicated to people of all sizes, abilities and fitness levels. There are various aspects to which I specialise, such as weight management, which covers the following: - Consistent & Healthy Weight Loss - Muscle Building - Lean Muscle & Strength Gain - Toning - Cardiovascular Improvement - Nutritional Guidance In addition to Weight Management, I also specialise in Core Training and fully believe that a strong core is the foundation to any fitness goal.
