The Saskatoon Friendship Inn provides breakfast and lunch free of charge 365 days a year, no questions asked. We are open from 8am-2pm every day. That no one should go hungry, and no one should feel unsafe during their time at the Inn. This place is a sanctuary and we keep a close eye, and interact with the public and try to keep it that way.
The Saskatoon Friendship Inn is a community centre that offers breakfast and lunch free of charge. Breakfast 8am-9am, lunch is served 11:45-1:15. The staff are here to make sure people feel welcome and safe when they come for a meal. The Friendship Inn has no Government funding, we are pleased to say that this places stays open because of all the generous donations of food and money from Saskatoon and the surrounding area. We also depend on a large community of volunteers to help prepare, serve and clean up after meals. We are happy to partner with so many people to do what we do, from donors to volunteers, to other community agencies. Contact us to find out how you can be involved. It relies on community wide partnerships and support in fulfilling its commitment to regular meal service and friendship. Within the resources available to it, Friendship Inn is also committed to individual and group services and programs for children, youth and adults who experience poverty, in order to help themselves and each other. We believe in community development, public education, and advocacy to encourage compassionate solutions to poverty in our city.

The Lighthouse serves a variety of clientele including those with mental health disorders, chronic addiction, FASD,acquired brain injury, physical, intellectual and cognitive disabilities, transitioning youth and low-income seniors. Our goal is to end homelessness in Saskatoon.
