From True: Golou and I have always enjoyed photography: the ability to capture life is simply intriguing. We share a lot of the same values, yet are different enough to both complement our photography and give it variance. Golou loves animals. If Golou could, she would raid every pet shelter and adopt the animals, then leave them at her parent's for her mom to take care of. Moreover, she has a knack for discovering old gems; we've just about been to every thrift store in every city that we've traveled to. I believe her heart for humanity, as well as animals, coupled with her keen interests in fashion give Say Peace Photography a unique approach to taking pictures. From Golou: i've always been envious of true's long list of talents. it's almost unfair how easily he picks up on things and quickly becomes pretty darn good; photography is no exception. when we first started dating, he would drag his canon xti, which we later named chuck, everywhere he went. at first, i would joke how touristy he looked, but once the final products were produced, my snide remarks were silenced immediately. true has always been one to pursue, despite opposition. his confidence stems not from arrogance, but from God. and his portraits definitely portray not only his natural talent but his trained eye through the many years of being behind the lens. From us: We've learned that two is better than one, especially in photography. It's always nice to have an extra set of hands for assistance or if another shooter is needed.
