The University of Toronto School of Public Policy and Governance (SPPG) is a public policy and public administration school located in Toronto, Ontario. The SPPG is headquartered in the Canadiana Gallery at 14 Queen's Park Crescent West. MPP PROGAM: Our masters degree in public policy is a two-year full-time professional graduate degree program featuring core instruction on a small-group, cohort-based model. Students take elective courses within two fields of specialization, domestic and global, each of which cuts across policy sectors. In each stream, students choose electives in a variety of policy sectors, including cities, education, the environment, and health.
