Die Schubotz Mühle wurde 1962 von Hans Schubotz gebaut und bis heute immer weiter ausgebaut und modernisiert. Die Schubotz Mühle ist heut noch die letzte Handwerksmühle im gesammten Landkreis Celle, in der die beiden Müllermeister Gustav und Harald Schubotz und Müllergeselle Jan Wiedenroth das traditionelle Müllerhandwerk ausüben. Herstellung, Verkauf und Auslieferung unserer Mühlenprodukte und das Beraten unserer Kunden.
