Our Story Pulling into Scottie & Son Auto Center is like pulling into your own driveway. The landscaping in the summer and the plush grass and flowers peak at the senses. Being greeted by the shop dog and by name by the front office staff makes you feel all the more at home. You just know that you’re in for a pleasant experience. The welcoming experience continues when you walk in the office door and are immediately, professionally and courteously welcomed by one of their front office staff. All of the staff at Scottie & Son are detail oriented, listen to your explanation of the problem at hand and move ahead quickly to take care of it for you with as little stress on you as possible. When possible, they’ll invite you to wait in their office and enjoy a freshly baked pastry or cookie and cup of coffee. If you have small children with, no problem; they’ve got toys and books for the kids. In some cases, the repair being performed may be lengthy and in which case you are offered a ride home & pick up when the repair is complete or given a loaner car, if needed. You feel comfortable leaving your car in their hands because you know that they will not repair anything without your approval. Their main concern is that your vehicle is repaired quickly and inexpensively to get you back on the road safely. And it certainly is nice to pick up a freshly washed and vacuumed vehicle. You leave Scottie & Son Auto Center feeling that you were well taken care of and knowing that the relationship doesn’t stop there. In about a week they’ll call to follow up and make sure that your experience with them was pleasant and that your worries have been addressed.
