Set to open our doors in March 2014. Scratch Bakery provides quality baked goods and delicious lunch items made from scratch daily. With a great understanding for gluten allergies and intolerance, we have dedicated equipment and prep area just for gluten free preparations to eliminate any possible cross contamination. The goal with our gluten free items are to taste as good or better than a similar product made with gluten ingredients. Our gluten free peanut butter cookies are the best you will have out of any other peanut butter cookie!!! We do cater to our vegetarian friends as well.To our gluten lovers we have plenty of items for you. Scratch Bakery also makes fresh Bread, pastries, cookies and cakes. Have a wedding? Customize a special cake for your special day, no detail left out. Fresh pizza made from scratch baked in a wood burning pizza oven. Sandwiches and flatbreads, salads, appetizers, and lunch items made from scratch. Nothing is bought in pre-made mixes.
