Description

SDR FITNESS Wales is owned and run by a parent of a CP/SDR child. We are a strength and confidence building therapy centre based in Cardiff South Wales. We specialise in clients with cerebral palsy, pre and post-op Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) patients. We run 3 and 6 day intensive strength and confidence building courses as well as weekly strength sessions. All our courses and programmes are designed specifically for each individual to maximise the clients potential in a fun and friendly manner. All our trainers are qualified to a minimum of level 3 in personal training, are first aid trained, are CRB checked and also have insurance up to the required £10m. At SDR FITNESS Wales it's our mission to give our clients quality and affordable therapy courses, that not only enhances their lives but sessions they can also enjoy.

General Info

We offer intensive therapy courses which are 3 or 6 days and 3.5hrs per day at a cost of £325 and £600 respectively. We have morning or afternoon times. Each client will also be sent home with a home programme and can receive regular Skype calls inbetween courses to help keep the child motivated if requested.
