Seacoast Muscle Therapy LLC is locally owned and operated by Alexandra Boucher, LMT. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of massage therapy services in the seacoast NH area. Alex specializes in neuromuscular massage, more commonly known as deep tissue massage. Whether you are an athlete looking for relief from painful knots due to lifting or running, or a desk worker with back tightness due to sitting all day, Alex strives to relieve all her clients' issues. Appointments are available 7 days a week, same day appointments are available as well. Morning, daytime and evening hours available. Please call, email or text for appointment availability. PRICING: Swedish Massage The main goal of a Swedish massage is to promote relaxation and encourage stress relief. The pressure will be light to medium and the massage will include techniques that soothe and relax. 30 minutes: $45 60 minutes: $85 90 minutes $120 Neuromuscular Massage (Deep Tissue) This massage is for anyone who is extremely active in any type of sports (bodybuilding, running, yoga, swimming, cycling, etc) as well as for anyone with chronic pain (back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, etc). The pressure will be primarily medium to deep, and stretching techniques will be used when appropriate. Myofascial Release as well as PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) are supplemental therapies that may also be used during a neuromuscular massage session. 30 minutes: $45 60 minutes: $80 90 minutes: $110 All massages are specifically tailored to each individuals' needs and pain tolerance levels, therefore each massage is unique to the client. New clients should arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out medical release forms and talk about the goals of the massage session. My Breast Cancer Support is a NH 501(c)3 organization providing support to local breast cancer patients. Close to 300,000 women and men are diagnosed with breast cancer each year in the United States. Thousands of those patients live in NH and ME and a large percentage reside right here in the Greater Seacoast area. Research is a critical component to ending breast cancer, but research does little to aid the anxiety of a patient who is currently going through treatment. Studies show that distress can affect a patient’s physical progress as well as interfere with the body’s immune system which, in turn, may have a negative impact on the course of the disease. My Breast Cancer Support has helped hundreds of local patients take the day-to-day stress out of their lives so they can focus their energy on getting WELL.
