Hello, my name is Anna and I have a yarn addiction! I discovered my love of knitting whilst on maternity leave. After making gifts for friends and family and receiving fantastic compliments I decided to set up Seren-knitty Corner. I create and knit orders while being a stay at home mam to our little girl. General Info

Terms & Conditions of Seren-knitty Corner Ordering & Payment Payment is to be made in full within 48 hours of invoice being sent via PayPal. Please check that your postal details are correct in order to avoid any lost orders. If ordering a personalised item, please ensure all spelling is correct as this can not be rectified once the item is completed. Seren-knitty Corner can not be held responsible if incorrect details are given. Delivery I aim to post out ready-to-go items within 48 hours of receiving payment. Any made-to-order/personalised items can take 7-21 days to complete and post. If these lead times change, for example during busy periods, I will keep you notified. I will endeavour to give you regular updates regarding your order. Right to cancel & returns As a customer, you have the right to cancel from the time you place the order until 14 days after you receive the item. However, this excludes personalised items. Personalised items can only be returned/exchanged/refunded if they are deemed faulty by both parties. If you do decide to return an item, please contact me via seren-knittycorner@outlook.com explaining the reason for return. No refund will be carried out until goods are returned by the customer and received by me. Proof of postage is recommended to cover both parties. Return postage costs will be paid by the customer. If, when you receive the items, they are faulty or damaged, a replacement or refund will be offered and in this instance, return & subsequent postage costs will be paid by Seren-knitty Corner. In all cases, a proof of purchase (PayPal invoice) needs to be included with the returned items.
