She is a qualified lawyer and has been working as a consultant since 2004. Her areas of expertise are funds management, capital raising, financial services regulation, and governance. Kirsten Green, Chief Business Operator, has worked with Andra since 2007. She has had 18 years of extensive experience within the legal industry working for some of Australia’s largest law firms and also for small to medium-sized businesses in other industries. The financial services sector in Australia presents many compliance and regulatory challenges.
