Hello! My name is Saz’hrah and I am your local neighborhood geek. No, really. I am by all intents and purposes a proud nerd. I grew up in a family where reading and stories took you on grand adventures, fantasy board games were played weekly, sci-fi was the standard for TV show choices, dress up was encouraged, and pretend was the preferred playing method. Dragons, fairies, sprites, knights, aliens, spaceships, hobbits, Batman, elves, dungeons, and vampires were our imaginary friends and who we wanted to be. It was a grand childhood indeed. Whether it is a boudoir session, a dark conceptual, or a family portrait session, I pride myself in being able to make people laugh and feel comfortable enough to truly be themselves. For me, each photo session isn’t about taking the pictures but getting to know the stories of each person and then capturing that for their memories. Tell me your stories so we can make nerdy magic together. Bonus extras about me: Oreos are the best thing since Elven warriors. I want to grow up to be an Elf. Favorite movies are Legend, Labyrinth, Pan’s Labyrinth, What Dreams May Come, Bram Stoker’s Dracula Favorite stories are way too many to list but I gravitate towards cultural fairy and folk tales. Cosplay is life. I am heavily tattooed and plan on getting more. I am a student at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design majoring in Business for the Creative Industry with a minor in Commercial Photography I am a multiculturalist. I am easily bribed with wine. I collect anything elephant.
