Description
I graduated from D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy in 2000. While working as an RMT I decided to further my education and obtained a Bachelor of Human Kinetics, Movement Science degree from the University of Windsor. In 2007, I graduated from Queen’s University with a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. In 2012 I had the opportunity to go to Project Walk, California for specific training in Spinal Cord Injury recovery and have spent the last two years focusing on this area of practice. My careers in Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy have allowed me to work in the health care field in both private and hospital settings. Through these experiences I have developed a strong desire to help others in both a rehabilitative manner and in promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. My vision as a healthcare professional is to combine all of my qualifications and use them to contribute to the overall health and wellness of my clients. I believe that my experiences in massage therapy, kinesiology, physiotherapy and fitness instructing have made me very well-rounded in the rehabilitative field. I look forward to growing new relationships with local businesses and people in the Bradford and surrounding areas!
