I started in Real Estate back in 2005 as an investor, purchasing properties that needed to be updated or renovated, and helping blighted neighborhoods revitalize. When the market started to drop in 2007-08, I maintained my rentals, and I put rehabbing houses on the back burner. The next natural progression for me was to pursue my broker’s license which I completed in early 2012. Real Estate is exciting and challenging. I learn something new with each transaction as there’s *always* more to learn. I love meeting new people and listening to their stories.
