Shaping Futures was founded by Leila Bramwell over a decade ago. After years of being a Personal Trainer Leila decided to dedicate more time in Pilates instruction due to the positive impact she and her clients were having on their bodies. Leila Bramwell set out to start a business that gives people top quality Pilates and Yoga instruction which usually people only get in specialist studios combined however with a fully functional gym and fitness centre where top instructors look after you and where people do not feel intimidated to go to a class or the gym. So now people do not need to join 2 types of gyms or studios as WE ARE a Pilates/ Yoga Specialist Studio based in Durham.
