Personal Training session prices start from as low as £18.50 for an hour's small group session. I am qualified to work with clients with: asthma, diabetes, overweight and obese, joint replacements, COPD, hypertension (raised blood pressure), hypercholesterolism (raised cholesterol levels), cardiovascular disease, anxiety, depression, stress, non-specific back pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis. A PT session also gives you access to FULL support in-between sessions - ensuring you stay positive, motivated and focused on smashing all your goals.
