Welcome to Shining Light Counselling - a Counselling and Wellbeing Practice! The mission is to provide a shining light of support into people’s life of darkness. This is achieved by nurturing an openness of their inner awareness to promote personal growth, an increase of self esteem and personal acceptance and an improvement in interpersonal relationships and quality of life. By adopting a Holistic Counselling approach the aim is to heal a person’s total wellbeing within a non judgmental and respectful holding space. This Holistic approach includes the mind, body, soul, spirit and emotions which embraces the healing interrelationship between psychological, emotional, physical, social and spiritual elements of a person’s total wellbeing.
