I will be your single point of contact from your initial enquiry and consultation through to installation and any after sales support needed. I only sell the S:CRAFT brand of shutters, and these are the same premium quality products you will find in stores of the John Lewis Partnership. I have lived and worked in the area for over 25 years and you’ll be contacting a genuine person who is part of a bonafide company. Someone who is dedicated to meeting and exceeding customers expectations. You won’t be held in a phone queue (you might get my answer phone – only because as a man I can’t multi-task!) but I will ring you back on the same day and will be on hand to answer any questions about shutters that you may have. Unlike some suppliers, my costs are clear, transparent and honest. I’ll provide you with a fully inclusive price that will include all materials, labor and VAT – no “hidden” extras.
