Welcome to the SilverZoo Facebook page. SilverZoo is handmade Sterling Silver and Gemstone jewellery, lovingly hand crafted so each piece is unique. I'm Aimi and I make all my jewellery by hand from my home in Aberdeenshire. Inspired by nature, I love to make wearable jewellery for every day and special occasions that I would enjoy wearing myself! All of my items are lovingly handmade by me. I will always make every effort to post more quickly if it's at all possible! If you require your item urgently, please send me a message to discuss. Standard postage within the UK is Second Class. Standard shipping out with the UK is Standard Airmail. Customers buying outside the UK are responsible for any fees levied by taxes or customs. Items are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail. I acquire proof of postage for your item, but once it has left my hands unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for its arrival. *Returns All of my items are lovingly handmade to order. If you have any problem with your order please get in touch and I will make every effort to work something out. I want to make every customer happy. If there's something actually wrong with your purchase, I will gladly give a refund once the item has been returned to me. Refunds/exchanges are accepted and will be negotiated on a case by case basis. You must contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss a return/exchange. You are responsible for shipping charges for returns/exchanges. I am unable to exchange or refund custom orders and for hygiene reasons I cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless these items are faulty.
