At age 34, Kerry Simon was appointed by Ivana Trump as the youngest executive chef of The Plaza Hotel’s Edwardian Room. His private chef’s table became one of the most exclusive places to dine in New York City with guests like David Bowie, Diane Keaton, Iman and INXS. Two years later, Rolling Stone Magazine dubbed Kerry Simon the “Rock n Roll Chef” featuring him on “the list” as one of the most interesting personalities of the year. He was a winner in 2005 on Iron Chef America and has been featured on Hells Kitchen. Kerry Simon operates restaurants in LA, Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Punta Cana. Simon at Palms Place is an eclectic mix of contemporary American comfort food complimented with a raw bar.
