Description

Recycled Australian hardwood is currently used to make 70% of our furniture. The timber is sourced from local demolition yards. All new Australian hardwood is sourced from Melbourne based timber supplier Britton Timber, who source the wood from sustainably managed temperate forests of North West Tasmania. Sustainability is achieved through compliance with the Forest Practises Code and Regional Forest Agreement. Simon Wilson Furniture does not use any material that is not a sustainable resource and Simon personally speaks to timber companies to ask this question. This is to assure that these products will not affect Australian rain forests in the future.
