Founded by Erik Ruelin and Fiorella Denari in late 2012, Sipping Duck is a small batch coffee roastery that believes in simplicity and quality. We approach coffee from an artistic and entertaining point of view, always aiming for a professional and flavour-full experience. With 20 years of combined knowledge in the café industry, we want to help you make a beautiful cup of coffee every time. We would be more than happy to answer any questions regarding making coffee, use and maintenance of equipment, extraction techniques and current trends. We can also tell you about the origins and characteristics of what we have sourced.
