Try making this juice- 1 C spinach 4 cherry tomatoes 5 baby carrots 1 apple 1/2 grapefruit or whole naval orange. Great!

Dry cracked feet/heels? Remedy is here! 1 basin filled with very warm water add in juice of 1-2 lemons, 1/4 c salt mix and soak 15 minutes. Scrub feet with pumice. Dry feet. Add coconut oils and lemon juice in cup, mix, rub onto feet, cover with socks. Repeat 2-3 times a week until healed! Works!

It's time once again to get some extra vitamin C! Drink It in in your juices, eat it in your salads and use in your skin care. Also in addition to your multi vitamin, add biotin, D3 and calcium and Lutien. Also try using vitamin E oil on your skin after cleansing, slather it on let it soak in for 5-10 mins. Recipe for a great body scrub you can make at home. It's not the cheapest but it is fantastic and it is softening and gives you a glow! Can be increased according to how much of your body you want to scrub, use in tub or shower! 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 1/2 t cinnamon, 1/4 t mint oil or flavoring, 1 C sugar, mix well can add a teaspoon more oil if too thick-until you reach desired consistency, should be thick. Rose water D I Y rose water for skin. 2 roses 2 8 oz bottles of spring water. Remove petals and leaves of rose, let soak 24-48 hrs in the water in a covered bowl. Strain water from bowl through strainer and then store rose water in a clean spray bottle. Spritz face after washing & toning & treating with moisture. Let it soak in. Repeat several times a day to refresh and hydrate skin. Keeps sling soft and supple.

Start with a vitamin c face scrub 2 x a week, other days days use a balancing face wash like Lancôme foaming face wash. Follow with a skin balancing toner and finish with moisturizer and eye cream, Remember also, with this you need to massage and exfoliate your face,neck & chest regularly to maintain the elasticity and firmness of the aging skin. There are several natural ingredients that contain anti aging properties and that are easily available in your kitchen. Try dry brushing. Use honey, cinnamon, Greek yogurt and baking soda as a scrub on face neck and chest, massage- then rinse. Also make a massage balm with coconut oil-add in 2 drops Mint oil, lime squeezed into oil and massage. Helps firm exfoliate and give glow. If you Use the oil massage, rinse with very warm water and wash cloth to remove. Then wash, massaging with fingertips in circular motions, rinse. Then Use cotton ball with peroxide, avoid eyes and eye area, leave on for 15-20 seconds. Cool rinse. Add moisturizer. Eye cream and as always if it's daytime use sunscreen. SPF 20 or higher
Summer acne a problem? Breakouts in summer is common. We sweat more. We produce more oil. Use more products for health reasons (sunscreens etc.) as we should. Step up your care routine to help with acne. Try washing with Nuetrogena oily skin soap or a salicylic acid face wash. Use a toner A.M. And P.M- like a Clinique or Lancôme for your skin type. Use a scrub and clay mask 1-2 times a week. Spot treat With Retin-A or salicylic acid. Buy a sunscreen that is non pore clogging-(Think Nuetrogena). Try not to use foundation, but a powder. A noncomedogenic (Clinique stay mat formulations are great!) This may be drying for you and if it is, simply add in a Non-comedogenic facial moisturizer at night, Like pro actives green tea moisture or Nuetrogena's face lotion for Acne prone skin. Dry summer hair and skin? Is the sunshine& chlorine reeking havoc on your mane and skin? Try coconut oil as a hot oil treatment for hair! Just melt 2-3 Tbs. in a bowl melt in microwave, about 15 seconds. Comb cooled liquid oil through wet hair. Leave on for 10-15 mins. You can do the same for skin all over.. No need to melt oil, just rub on. Adding a few drops of mint oil is soothing and refreshing. Keeps skin from looking leathery. Only use on face if it is just washed. You can also add liquid vitamin c to nourish skin!
