Front and side. Also measure yourself in 3 different areas. STEP 2 - Have a hot shower or bath and thoroughly exfoliate the area you are wrapping. Use only hot water. No shampoo, soap or creams etc. STEP 3 - Remove the Skinny Wrap from its packaging and unfold. STEP 4 - Position the wrap on to your targeted area, and smooth it over your skin. STEP 5 - Once the wrap is on rest with it in place or secure it with cling film or snug exercise attire or both. STEP 6 - Wear a minimum of 45 minutes for the 1st wrap. You can have future wraps on to a maximum 8 hours. STEP 7 - IMPORTANT: Drink Water - at least 1 litre while wrapped. This is crucial, drink to shrink. Do not smoke while you have the wrap on. STEP 8 - Remove the wrap, and gently massage the remaining lotion into your skin. STEP 9 - Take your after photo and measure yourself again (maximum results occur over the 72 hour period.) STEP 10 - For best results, use all four wraps, one at a time on the same area, allow 72 hours between each application. For FANTASTIC RESULTS Use one wrap, each week for four weeks on the same area or for maximum effect use 4 in a row over 12 days. They are sold in a box of 4 and that is considered a full treatment. **IMPORTANT** For the next 3 days you will be on a detox. You are getting rid of toxins so this is crucial. Caffeine and nicotine can affect the results so cut down on tea, coffee and cigarettes for 3 days after the wrap. Do not drink any fizzy drinks or alcohol whilst on your 3 day detox.
