Description
The exhibition was established in 2011, at the request of the Scottish Fishing Industry, to bring the annual event closer to the main fishing ports of the North East. The show has grown each year to firmly establish the exhibition as the largest event of its type in the UK.

Having run and built up the very successful Irish Skipper Expo over the past six years, the organizers (Mara Media) were approached by various suppliers and fishermen within the Scottish fishing industry with a view to launching a new exhibition in the heartland of the fishing industry.
