Kalamandir started as a premium saree boutique in 2005 in just 2,000 sft at Ameerpet. It is now a world class garment retailer with showrooms Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vijayawada, Guntur and Hanamkonda. We started as a retailer of sarees in Hyderabad in September 2005 at a very modest scale with a Retail Outlet of 2000 square feet. As on 31st March, 2012, we operate 11 retail stores out of which 4 are in Hyderabad, 5 are in Bangalore, 1 in Vijayawada and 1 in Guntur. These 11 retail malls are spread over about 75,000 square feet. Though our focus has been the mid and upper range sarees segment, with the evolution of the retail industry and change in consumer aspirations, we diversified our portfolio of offerings to include other women's dress materials, kids' wear and menswear.
