Description

From 8 weeks to pre- school age and mum must have completed 6 week postpartum check with doctor or 12 week check for a C-section. Its a great way to bond with your baby or toddler by wearing them wrapped close and safe to your body giving you the freedom to move freely and enjoy a gentle dance class. No experience of wrapping is necessary as help will be given during the class. Ergonomic slings are available to use during each session. Sling Swing classes are also about meeting other parents too the 30 minutes at the start allow you to chat and relax, before a gentle 30 minute dance with your baby.
