I AM CURRENTLY IN INDIA ON A LONG VISIT; CLASSES WILL RESUME IN MONTREAL IN SPRING 2016. Cooking together in a group is such a great experience, and dinning on what you've made is even more fun. I'm on a mission to make veggie, Indian cooking accessible to everyone and create community. Indian cooking will also open a door to Indian culture! The kinds of things you'll learn & feast on: spicy starters and tea-time bites, classic veggie, lentil and bean dishes, salads, drinks, one-dish meals, Bombay street food, desserts. You’ll get recipes and an “Ingredient List," and addresses of Indian groceries, that will help you stock up for cooking delicious meals. Come by yourself, or even better, with a friend or relative. Classes at my welcoming home near Metro Papineau station in Montreal and other Montreal locations. We could also hold a class in your kitchen. All kinds of ideas are simmering! Please contact me.
