Established in 2007 Small's butcher's and deli only sell the best beef, lamb and pork available, all of which is locally sourced and produced in Northern Ireland. All meat is fully traceable to its farm of origin. Our beef is young heifer (female) beef, under 24 months old. together with our buyer we pick grades of beef that we feel gives the best lean to fat ratio, ideal for cooking. For further flavour & tenderness, we dry hang our beef for at least 21 days.
