Smith Fitness Trust was established in 2015 to incorporate fitness with fun. I believe that having fun whilst exercising is key to sustaining and achieving your personal fitness goals. I am a Level 3 Qualified Elite Personal Trainer who is able to create personalised fitness training programmes and dietary plans for all ages, abilities and stages in fitness. My Undergraduate Degree within Sports and Exercise Science, has given me the knowledge and expertise to adapt and apply exercises to suit all abilities. In addition, my Masters Degree in Sports Biomechanics has allowed me to extend my knowledge to very sports specific. I can also help prevent injuries and aid in injury rehabilitation. So if you are wanting to lose weight, tone muscle and enhance your sporting ability, I have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve. Trust in me to get you results!!!
