Family and Internal Medicine Practice & Health and Wellness will open an office in downtown Louisville at the Heyburn Building at 332 W.Broadway. What makes this Medical office so special and intriguing is that the founders, owners and operators are four black women; three nurse practitioners and one certified health coach. To known history, this is a first for the City of Louisville. Each woman has incredibly different backgrounds,yet have been able to bond tightly, enabling them to create a holistic environment that invites any and everyone. Deborah Smith, Kimberly Mosley, Andrea Huey and Kimberly Walker are dedicated to providing distinguished health and wellness care, collectively providing over 75 years of experience to thousands of patients.
