We're about relationships, not memberships and in this way we hope to support local people become more active in all aspects of their lives. It's NOT just a gym, we change how you feel about exercise and in the process peoples lives. We were founded in November 2012 and its our mission to have a positive impact on the local Maitland community. Not just in health, but in the community, we've raised over $70,000 for local charity's. Its all apart of our journey and we'd love to you to join our community.
