SOCATOTS® is the world's first soccer specific physical play programme for children from six months to school age. Aimed at giving children their very first start with the ball and is truly unique. The first interaction a child has with a ball, or any new activity, can be a challenging and daunting experience, for both a child and parent. Attending SOCATOTS® classes has enormous benefits for younger children and their parents, some of which are listed below: - Develop educational basics such as letters by singing songs, numbers through counting equipment and language skills through storytelling games - Bringing out their imagination - provide an appropriate space for children to become creative, confident and skilled through mastering new skills/ tricks - Parents join in- you will learn new ways on how to help your child develop as well as enjoying spending positive time together - Meet new friends- little ones have the chance to work alone as well as socialise with other children their own age, developing their interaction and communication skills. - Keep Fit- Your child will be given a lot of opportunities to be physically active and develop motor skills including running, jumping, throwing, catching and kicking a ball - Ahead of the game - Your child will learn all the basic football/ sport skills needed to excel at any sports in the future Sessions are conducted in a enjoyable environment with our accredited coaches who are full energy and drive. Our coaches have extensive experience with young children and have developed an understanding of how best to engage children. Many sporting starts have been influenced by siblings and mums & dads, and we advocate this effective family philosophy at SOCATOTS®. SOCATOTS® aim to inspire children and parents across inner-city Nottingham with meaningful skills to equip them with right tools to excel at and enjoy playing soccer for many years to come.
