Welcome to SomaConscious Bodywork Studio!!! Here, we are focused on the connection between the Mind and Body. Soma means "of the body" and conscious means "being aware". Becoming aware of what is going on in your body gives you the power to take control of your own healing process. We believe "healed" is our natural state of Being. But throughout our past we have held onto and accumulated negative energies within our bodies that need to be released. By releasing these old, negative energies we can then allow for the Body to heal itself. We use massage/bodywork, Reiki, and other types of energy work to release them.
