Description
The Songwriter's Series is something I started up to showcase the talent of songwriters who are 19 years of age and older in the St. John's and surrounding areas. Once a month I organize, execute, and host this event at --but not exclusive to--The The Ship Pub. 6-8 songwriters are chosen by show of interest (they reach out to me or I reach out to them), are split up into 2 groups, creating 2 sets for the night. All artists play 3 original songs each in trade off style. All too often, writer's don't get the attentive audience they deserve. This is an evening meant for listening and reflecting, and it's being accomplished beyond measure. Support your local songwriter's by clicking the "Like" button. We hope to see you at the next show!
