Description

For me, counselling is dynamic and collaborative. I am warm, kind, straight forward and like to begin really working with what you bring for us to look at from the get-go! I am inquisitive, intuitive and interested in you; in people, how we relate to each other, how we can feel better about ourselves and empowered to seek our best lives. Creativity is an important part of my life, not just because of what gets produced at the end but because of the process. I've learnt that making regular, clear, creative space in a very busy schedule or busy mind takes practice so my workshops are offered for you to come along, have a fun, hopefully meaningful, non-judgmental place to begin, practice or refresh. Working in this way in a small group adds special magic to this process too. My intention is to facilitate a safe, confidential, equal space for us to BE whilst we get creating and/or sharing.
