My father is my inspiration for starting Sophia's Catering. It has always been his dream to open a restuarant to share his diversity with everyone. He is known for being a great cook and when I was told my cooking had gotten as good as his I couldn't turn away from the idea of starting a catering business so that I may share my food with everyone. The most unique thing about Sophia's Catering Company is the diversity on the menu. We don't specialize in one type of foods. We can pretty much do it all; from Mediteranean cuising (middle eastern food) to latin foods (with a secret recipe for a special White Enchiladas) to italian and even some good 'ol fashioned American Hamburger and Hot dogs. Whatever is needed to fit your occassion and your guest. I strive on perfection and each even will be catered as if it were for my own family. Thank you for visiting my facebook page.
