We would be delighted to bring our gifts of love, good food, our mixed heritage, and years of food service and community building to provide a great experience for your next meeting, event, or special occasion. SoulBoricua is the extension of two sisters working together to share their passion and love for family, community, and great food. Jessica Holmes is the lead chef and has been a food service professional for years with decades of experience in restaurant management. Cecile De Mello has years of community building work as a director of a community organization and has worked on efforts to improve low income communities. The combination of their skills is the foundation of our social enterprise. We hope you will use our unique and delicious menu and event planning expertise for your next catering needs. And leave the pizza and donuts alone, finally! SoulBoricua menu is featured for dinner at La Finca Bar and Restaurant located at 6237 S. Archer Road, in Summit, Illinois starting October 12th Wednesdays through Saturdays.
