Every body benefits from regular intentional bodywork; incorporating a monthly or a seasonal session into your wellness care practice is essential to deepening a connection to your body. Sessions can include and are not limited to: Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Acupressure, Ashiatsu, Breema, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Somatic Emotional Release (SER), Deep Tissue, Tui-na, and Swedish.
