hello and welcome!!my name is sabine and i am a practicioner since 15 years and a certified yoga teacher since 2012. Starting the path of yoga in Germany, taking it to india and arriving in costa rica 6 years ago, i have been teaching yoga in cahuita for about 3,5 years and opened the “soulcenter” ,a community center with yoga, dance and aerobics since 2015 i am back in münster now for a while.. :) teaching in various places... “soul yoga “ is a dynamic class,with emphasis on breathing, attention and awareness , giving time for introspection and relaxation and ‘feeling’.
