Description
We specialize in making French-style sourdough breads, meaning less sour tasting with a crusty exterior, a nutty flavour and a chewy open interior. Varieties include plain, olive, squirrel (dried apricot, raisin, sunflower seed, hazelnut), spicy cheddar & herb, bacon & date, and brewer's grain (malted barley). We also make soft, chewy focaccias and hand rolled croissants using French cultured butter. Sometimes when we feel adventurous we make sweet and savoury bread twists. Find our breads on weekends at Malivoire Wine Co. in Beamsville & at Creekside Estate Winery in Jordan. We will also be at Greenlane Estate Winery on the first Saturday of every month.
