The Y: We're for youth development, healthy living & social responsibility.
Our South Bay Family YMCA makes strengthening our community our cause. By providing quality programs that encourage youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, we enable all people to be strong in spirit, mind and body. For 53 years, thousands of individuals, young and old, have turned to our Y for programs and services every year, because we’ve been that reliable, dependable, friendly non-profit that they know and trust. We count on the generosity of members, partners and donors to help others be more healthy, confident, connected and secure.
