South Coast Ultrasound for Women's aim is to provide patient's with high quality diagnostic imaging and issue meaningful reports to assist referring doctors with diagnosis and management options. Our reporting doctors are obstetrician / gynaecologists who have added qualifications in the field of ultrasound. Our female sonographers are highly skilled and passionate about providing the highest level of care to their patients and families. All sonographers possess postgraduate qualifications in the area of diagnostic ultrasound. South Coast Ultrasound for Women is dedicated to training students in the area of O&G ultrasound in order to continually provide the Illawarra with the best and safest diagnostic imaging. South Coast Ultrasound for Women is also affiliated with the UOW Graduate Medical School and is heavily involved in areas of research. At South Coast Ultrasound for Women we use the latest software and high end ultrasound machines, which are all equipped with 3D/4D facilities. This ensures patients have an enjoyable time during the scan as well as providing referring doctors with accurate information.
