Welcome to South Soy Candle Company! We are a small business that is run from home in Birmingham, Alabama. All of our candles are hand-poured at home. These hand-poured candles make the perfect gifts, because every candle is unique yet simple in it's own design! Why soy? Soy candles are the greatest. They burn cleaner, they burn longer, and their fragrances go further than traditional paraffin wax candles. Soy candles have lower soot emissions than paraffin candles, thereby making them healthier for everyone in your home. They also burn much longer which gives you more for your money! Each soy candle comes to you in a recycled mason jar, and is scented either with all natural oils or with Phthalate-free fragrances. Moreover, soy is made from a renewable source, and is not made from petroleum. Soy candles burn more evenly, produce less soot and burn approximately 30% longer than paraffin candles. Soy candles are better for the environment and do not release toxins into the air. Another great thing about soy wax is that it cleans up very simply if the candle is accidentally spilled. All you need is hot water and soap! No scraping required! Ruh-roh, don’t see your favorite scent? No problem! We use 100% all-natural GMO-free soy wax, Phthalate-free fragrances, and AZO-free dyes. All of our candles burn extremely clean, leave either very little or zero wax residue, and have OVER 90 HOURS OF BURN TIME! We add a double scent load to each candle that is guaranteed to last for the entire length of the candle. Each candle's fragrance is strong enough to fill a room with mouth-watering scents guaranteed to leave you wanting more!
